Can I order by phone?
Yes, you can call us to place an order. You can place an order on the site and call us with payment information if you aren't comfortable using a charge card on the internet

Is there a minimum order? No, order as much or as little as you want.

Online we accept VISA, Mastercard and PayPal. In store we accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Debit and Cash. Phone orders may also be paid for with a money order.

No, items not in stock are not automatically backordered. We are happy to let you know when the item is in stock again upon request.

Is everything you have on your website? Can I special order items?
While we are attempting to put most of our stock online, there may be a lag time between when a product arrives and when it is updated or added. Please email us if you don't see the item you want - we love special orders.

What taxes are added to my order?
GST is added to all Canadian orders. PST is added to all Ontario orders (unless you have a valid vendor's permit). Some items such as books are exempt from PST. Orders delivered to the US are GST and PST exempt.
