Answers to Questions about Bead Junction
Do you have a bricks and mortar store I can come to and where is it? Are you open to the public?
Yes! We are a retail store located in Toronto, Canada. Location, hours and how to get to the store are listed on our Contact page.
Do you give classes?
Yes, we give the best classes in Toronto and probably all of Canada. Check out our Calendar to see what’s coming up.
Do you have children’s classes, events and / or birthday parties?
We offer a variety of things for children, including birthday parties, Holiday Drop in Beading, classes during March break and a summer day camp.
Do you have a printed catalogue?
No, not at this time. If you can’t find what you want on our site, please email us with your request. We’ll do what we can to get it for you.
Do you do repairs?
Yes, we do stringing, bead weaving repair and pearl knotting. Please bring the item you would like repaired into the store for us to give you a quote. We do not do any soldering – you’ll need to go to a jeweller for those repairs.
What is a beading bee?
A beading bee is a free social event for beaders - like a quilting bee, not a spelling bee. Get or give help on beadwork. Bring a project you are currently working on and join us for this social event. Typically, these are offered on Tuesday evenings from 6:30 - 8:30pm and some Wednesday afternoons 1:00 - 4:00pm. Please check our calendar to confirm.
Why do you close at 6:00pm, on the second Wednesday of the month (from September to June)?
As avid beaders, we close early so we can attend the Toronto Bead Society meetings.
